Rosa's Pizza was founded in 1984 by Long Island native, Tony Rosa. His love of food came from cooking in the kitchen with his mother, perfecting traditional Italian recipes. His sauce recipes are what inspired him to open his first pizza shop. Rosa's Pizza's first location was right here in downtown Holly Springs. After spending five great years in Holly Springs, an opportunity arose to move the business to the thriving city of Atlanta. The second Rosa’s Pizza still stands on Broad Street today and remains family-owned. Tony raised his son, Joe Rosa, in the family business and in 2007 they opened their 3rd location together in Marietta. In 2019, after Joe had his 4th child, he made the decision to spend more time focused on family and handed over the reins to their friends, the Agee family.
Now, Joe is bringing back the family business to its roots (and his) and opening Little Rosa's Pizza. Joe was raised in Canton, attending Johnson Elementary, Dean Rusk Middle, and Sequoyah High School. He has 22 years of experience working in the family pizza business. Our goal for this "Little" shop is to provide authentic New York Style pie for your delivery and pick up needs. If you want to dine-in, we will have some limited tables!
Our founder, Tony, came to Georgia with a dream to share his family recipes for the perfect pizza. Today, Joe we will continue to honor his father's legacy by making every Little Rosa's Pizza pie with the same care and attention to detail that his father did.
